About The Role

We are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a supportive Adult Mental Health service within Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL). This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality, recovery‑focused mental health care across community and inpatient settings, while developing your clinical and leadership skills within a progressive NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out comprehensive assessments of service users’ mental health and care needs
  • Develop, implement, and review person‑centred care plans using evidence‑based practice
  • Build therapeutic relationships and collaborative partnerships with service users, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate mental health care
  • Support and guide healthcare support workers, students, and new team members
  • Contribute to risk assessment, crisis management, safeguarding, and discharge planning
  • Participate in maintaining and improving clinical standards through audit and service development
  • Ensure compliance with CNWL policies, confidentiality standards, and professional guidelines
  • Promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and a safe working environment

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification (RMN)
  • Current NMC registration
  • Minimum 12 months post‑registration experience within Adult Mental Health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of professional boundaries and recovery‑focused care
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
