Are you passionate about improving antimicrobial use and patient safety across a whole health system? We are seeking an experienced and motivated pharmacy professional to lead key antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) projects across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. This is an exciting opportunity to take a system-wide leadership role, delivering high-impact initiatives that improve antimicrobial prescribing, reduce unwarranted variation, and support better patient outcomes. A key focus of the role will be leading a penicillin allergy de-labelling (PADL) programme within GP practices.

Working within the Integrated Care Board (ICB), this secondment offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into commissioning, system leadership and how care is planned and delivered across an integrated care system. It is particularly valuable for candidates who have primarily worked in provider organisations such as acute trusts and are keen to broaden their experience and understanding of how services are designed, commissioned and connected at system level.
