Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner – Nottingham

Job title: ANP/ACP

Location: Kirkby Community Primary Care Centre

Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Hours: 7.5 on Fridays only

Main Responsibilities

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training or working towards non‑medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential and ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Preferred: level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, though candidates with accreditation or an MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
