What You’ll Do

• Train TVNs, district nurses + community teams on advanced wound care and infection prevention
• Territory – North London / Hertfordshire / Essex / Cambridge & Peterborough / Norfolk.
• Support use of barrier creams + wound care dressings
• Drive compliance + product adoption
• Supporting the sales function with account growth through education, training and account development
• Manage a £multi-million territory
• Work closely with customers to identify areas of improvement and present the solutions

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (NMC)
• Background in wound care / dermatology / skincare
• Confident trainer + communicator
• Commercially aware, relationship-led
• Full driving licence – happy to travel daily to visit customers

The Package

• £35-38K basic
• £8K OTE (paid quarterly)
• £525 monthly car allowance
• Lunch allowance + healthcare
