Staffline is recruiting Hygiene Team Leaders in Milton Keynes.

Pay & Working Hours

The rate of pay is:

• Day shift – £16.49 per hour
• Night shift – £17.50 per hour

Overtime is available after working the basic hours and is paid at time and a half.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:

• Day shift, 3 on 3 off – 6am to 6pm
• Night shift, 4 on 2 off – 9:30pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Hygiene Team Leader your duties include:

• Responsible for thorough and timely cleaning of the production areas
• Effective completion of cleaning paperwork
• Reporting of any non-conformances, anomalies, or machinery failures to the Hygiene Manager
• Take corrective action to control and minimise the risk of food safety issues in the production areas
• Removal of waste product into correct receptacles and minimising environmental impact through adherence to correct company procedures
• Follow correct hygiene procedures at all times
• Follow safe manual handling procedures at all times
• Maintain food safety at all times based upon the principles of HACCP
• Correct PPE to be worn for the relevant high-risk/low-risk areas of the production floor
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by the business

Desirable Skills

• Food Hygiene Level 3
• HACCP – Level 2
• COSHH – Level 2

Experience

Experience in a similar role is required.
