Role Description
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Product Marketing Executive to join the team on an 6-month contract, supporting two global challenger sports properties: Ultimate Sevens and the World Supercross Championship.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can hit the ground running, owning key areas of delivery across email marketing, fan engagement, and event experiences, while supporting campaigns that drive ticket sales, merchandise, and streaming audiences.
You’ll work across international markets, agencies, and event teams, playing a key role in executing marketing activity that delivers real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Marketing Execution
- Support the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, and paid media.
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and partners to deliver campaigns aligned to ticketing, merchandise, and streaming objectives.
- Assist in campaign planning, briefing, and rollout across global markets.
CRM & Email Marketing (Ownership Area)
- Own the delivery of weekly email newsletters across Ultimate Sevens and World Supercross.
- Manage end-to-end execution using Klaviyo, including briefing, build, segmentation, and deployment.
- Drive performance improvements, targeting 20% growth in subscribers and increased open and engagement rates.
- Support broader CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives to grow and engage the fan base.
Ticketing & Commercial Support
- Collaborate with the Ticketing Consultant to align marketing activity with ticket sales performance.
- Support the execution of ticketing campaigns, including promotions, discount codes, and tracking links.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and contribute to reporting using GA4 and internal dashboards.
- Assist in driving revenue through group sales and fan experience products.
Event & Experience Delivery (Ownership Area)
- Own the coordination of ancillary events and fan experiences across the event calendar.
- Manage and brief freelance event managers and suppliers, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Support on-site event delivery, including fan activations, experiences, and operational logistics.
- Act as a key link between marketing and event operations teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work directly with agencies, freelancers, and contractors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables using Monday.com.
- Collaborate across marketing, ticketing, partnerships, and event teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
What Success Looks Like
- Growth in CRM performance, including +20% email subscriber growth and improved engagement rates
- Successful delivery of ancillary events and fan experiences across multiple global markets
- Measurable contribution to commercial revenue streams
- Consistent, high-quality execution of campaigns across both properties
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, live events, or sports/entertainment
- Strong hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms (Klaviyo/Braze preferred)
- Experience working across live events and/or global markets
- Confident coordinating agencies, freelancers, and multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven, with experience using tools such as GA4
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Highly desirable
- Experience in rugby, motorsport, or action sports
- Experience with Ticketmaster, Monday.com, or Gamification platforms
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Research and Marketing Analytics
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with teams
- Understanding of Sales strategies and their integration with marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of motorsport or sports marketing is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
