We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join a dedicated client team that focuses on the corporate communications and social presence of a Fortune 30 organisation with a global audience.
What this role is about
You will be the visual guardian of a global brand, shaping how it appears across social channels through a constant stream of content, campaigns, thought‑leadership and business storytelling. You will influence creative decisions and present ideas with clarity, building trust with senior stakeholders while remaining hands‑on in the work itself.
What you will spend your time doing
- Act as the visual guardian for a world‑class brand, ensuring consistency, quality and adherence to brand guidelines across all content.
- Create outstanding social‑first creative across static, motion and video formats.
- Develop creative concepts and visual approaches for corporate communications, executive thought leadership, company announcements and brand storytelling.
- Lead design conversations with clients, presenting work with clarity and conviction.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters and account teams to bring ideas to life.
- Produce reactive and real‑time content in response to cultural, business and industry moments.
- Create and refine motion design assets, animations and social content for multiple channels.
- Identify opportunities to evolve and elevate the brand’s visual presence across social.
- Maintain exceptionally high creative standards while balancing pace and volume.
- Contribute to creative discussions and help shape best practice across the wider team.
What we’re looking for
- 6‑8 years of design experience, ideally within an agency, social, content or brand environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft across both static and motion design.
- Strong experience creating content for social platforms, with an understanding of what works across different channels and audiences.
- Experience developing creative for organic social content and always‑on social programmes.
- Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong motion design and animation skills – essential.
- A deep understanding of social‑first design principles, trends and content formats.
- Experience working within established brand systems and balancing consistency with creative innovation.
- Confidence presenting work to clients and senior stakeholders, explaining rationale and bringing others on the journey.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality work.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, collaborative and enthusiastic about diving into the work.
- Someone who enjoys ownership and accountability without formal management responsibility.
