About this Role
Christ Church Secondary Academy, opened in September 2021, is a Church School community that aims to provide exceptional education with a focus on pastoral care and high standards.
We are seeking a highly organised graduate‑level professional for a key non‑teaching role combining executive support with strategic marketing and communications leadership.

Core Purpose
The post-holder will:
- Provide confidential, efficient and proactive administrative support to the Headteacher.
- Lead and develop the school’s internal and external communications strategy.
- Strengthen the school’s brand, reputation and community engagement.
- Support effective communication with staff, students, parents, governors and external partners.
Qualifications and Skills
Highly organised graduate‑level professional with excellent communication skills, discretion and creativity. Experience in executive support and communications is preferred.
