Marketing Data Analyst

London | £80,000 + Benefits | Hybrid (3 days in office)

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded digital-first business in a role focused on marketing and customer analytics. Sitting within an established analytics function, you will work closely with performance marketing stakeholders to drive insight, optimise campaigns and influence commercial decisions. The role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to work with large-scale customer data in a fast-moving environment.

The Role

  • Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels to deliver actionable insights
  • Support customer acquisition, retention and engagement strategies through data‑driven recommendations
  • Partner closely with performance marketing teams to optimise campaigns and improve ROI
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
  • Build dashboards and automate reporting to enable self‑service analytics
  • Act as a key point of contact for marketing analytics, supporting stakeholders with data‑driven decision making
  • Collaborate with product, engineering and analytics teams to improve data capabilities

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong SQL capability, including experience working with large datasets
  • Commercial experience in marketing analytics, particularly digital performance marketing
  • Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights for non‑technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a technology‑led, digital or high‑growth environment
  • Exposure to modern data tools such as DBT is beneficial but not essential
