Position: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
Job Overview
Manage electrical projects across the office fit out sector from conception through to completion, with values ranging from £1m – £1.5m. Procure labour and materials, and keep project costs in control. Working from the head office in Bishops Stortford, with regular visits to sites across Central and East London. Being the point of contact for client contact, escalations, and site issues.
Job Requirements
- Strong background within the electrical construction sector, with any experience working specifically on office fit out projects highly desirable.
- Confident in managing projects, liaising with clients, procurement, site/labour management, and compliance management.
- Based within a commutable distance of Bishops Stortford and happy to travel to sites across Central and East London.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary £50,000 – £65,000, negotiable depending on experience.
- Expenses paid for site travel (fuel or train fees).
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.
