We design, build and optimise operations of leading technology, media & telecommunications businesses. Our Media practice is growing and seeks ambitious, entrepreneurial and curious people to drive innovation.
Your role will include:
- Supporting the design and delivery of operating models and identifying areas of innovation/operational improvement within existing operating models
- Assessing processes, identifying and quantifying inefficiencies and contributing ideas for improvement
- Helping develop business cases, leading on data synthesising and modelling, and identifying and/or delivering sustainable cost savings in collaboration with senior clients
- Developing methodical approaches to research and analysing large qualitative and quantitative data sets to shape insights and recommendations
- Evaluating and using emerging and innovative technologies or ways of thinking to shape strategy; design operating models, principles and roadmaps; and deliver transformation
- Managing relationships across a broad range of stakeholder groups
- Leading small project teams, workstreams and components of engagements
- Organising inputs to contribute to the logical flow of deliverables
Connect to your skills and professional experience
We are looking for individuals who have experience in a junior/mid-level operational role in at least one media organisation, demonstrating knowledge of the overall operating model of that business. Relevant areas include:
- Modernisation of Content Supply Chains
- Data‑driven personalisation and audience engagement
- Subscription and advertising platform innovation
- New content formats and experiences (AR/VR/Metaverse)
- Intellectual Property and digital Rights management
- Royalty management
- Content and Intellectual Property distribution
- Broadcasting and streaming enablement
- Production and post‑production enablement
Additional desirable experience:
- Use of AI/automation to accelerate key operational processes or optimise ways of working in media sectors
- Previous consulting experience, whether as an independent advisor or in‑house
- Depth of knowledge of operational dynamics and industry trends across media
Location
You will be based in London with hybrid working.
