Are you an experienced Workshop Manager, Engineering Supervisor or Fleet Maintenance professional looking for your next challenge?

We’re currently recruiting for a Workshop Manager to join a well-established commercial vehicle operation in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an experienced engineering team while overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy workshop.

The Role

• Lead and develop a team of Engineers and Technicians
• Manage daily workshop operations
• Plan servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Monitor fleet availability and performance
• Ensure quality and compliance standards are met
• Carry out post‑maintenance quality checks
• Promote a strong health and safety culture
• Drive continuous improvement across the workshop

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Workshop Manager or supervisory experience
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Commercial vehicle or fleet experience
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Strong planning and organisational abilities
