About the role
Rowden is growing its safety engineering capability, and we’re looking for Safety Engineers at all levels to play a key role across the full project life cycle. From requirements engineering and system architecture through to integration, verification and validation, you’ll contribute to the delivery of safety on complex, mission‑critical systems. Whether you’re early in your career or an experienced engineer, you’ll be supported to grow your skills and take on increasing responsibility. More senior hires will shape safety strategy, influence projects at programme level, and mentor others as Rowden continues to scale.
This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week on‑site at our Bristol HQ.
Salary ranges
- Junior Level – £32,000 – £45,000
- Mid Level – £42,000 – £60,000
- Senior – £57,000 – £70,000
Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.
