Location: Waterlooville (commutable from: Petersfield, Guildford, Chichester, Havant, Fareham, Portsmouth)

The Role:
- Lead and develop a multi‑skilled engineering team
- Improve engineering performance and operational uptime
- Work closely with operations across a 24/7 manufacturing environment
The Candidate:
- Maintenance / Reliability / Engineering leadership experience
- Commutable to Waterlooville
- Manufacturing or regulated industry experience
