The Role

We require a Technical Account Manager to support the Supplier & Retail collaboration team in managing and advancing our flagship platform. The role spans the entire product lifecycle, from feeding into product development, proposition creation, testing, reporting, collateral creation to driving adoption of the tool among our client base.

The incumbent will become a SUPER super user of the platform and serve as the first point of technical support for the team, clients, and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide business, technical, and product knowledge to support post‑sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address product‑related questions and resolve technical challenges.
  • Educate clients on new and existing product features and how they contribute to business growth.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure optimal usage of the Turn product stack.
  • Conduct and coordinate tactical operations reviews with client teams.
  • Act as conduit to the support organization, ensuring timely resolution of client escalations.
  • Accurately document software defects in the tracking system.
  • Support new dataset ingestion from major retailer partners, including requirement gathering and solution delivery.
  • Create and distribute communications for major platform updates, highlighting benefits.
  • Lead platform testing post‑changes, updates, and bug fixes.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and facilitate product training.
  • Produce collateral for Tecsa’s OneViu platform to aid user training.
  • Provide usage reporting and collaborate with the Insight Manager team on supply‑chain insights.
  • Create and manage usage scorecards for key clients.
  • Integrate customer internal applications and systems using server‑to‑server, pixel‑based API, or other methods.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience managing SaaS platforms, including update rollout, testing, communications, and bug management. Ownership of processes is a bonus.
  • Strong technical understanding of SaaS platforms and data delivery mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated experience in product and bug testing.
