GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile Engineer to work across Cambridge/Oxford looking after Commercial sites. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Cambridge & Oxford.
The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across Commercial sites within the portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Electrical & Mechanical maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to £48,000 with expenses/travel covered, overtime and training + development.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- PPM’s and Reactive works
- Carrying out maintenance on AHU’s and FCU’s
- Emergency light testing
- Water Treatment
- Changing ballasts
- Fire alarm testing
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Updating site log books
- Provide further works reports where required
- Completing all works to a high standard
- On Call
Required Skills:
- Level 3 in Electrical / Part 2 Electrical
- 17th or 18th edition
