Location: Ruskington

Salary: Up to £56 per annum (apply online only)

Shift: 4 on, 4 off, days and nights

Job Role: Electrical Engineer in a FMCG manufacturing site with advanced automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Carry out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventative maintenance on automated and semi‑automated production machinery.
2. Reduce downtime, improve reliability, and support production performance across the site.
3. Work a continental days and nights shift pattern.

Requirements

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory.
• Ability to work a continental shift pattern.
• Hands‑on mechanical fault‑finding experience.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical maintenance experience: relays, sensors, drives, contactors, single‑phase and three‑phase.

Desirable

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Previous experience within FMCG, food, beverage or packaging environments.
