We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join the team within our Sleaford Wheelchair Services. This position plays a crucial role in helping to transform the lives of those in need.

We are a fast growing business and leading provider of Healthcare Service solutions including Wheelchair Services. We work closely with NHS and Social Care Organisations providing a complete outsourced wheelchair service that significantly reduces costs, delivers better quality and an enhanced patient experience.

You will deliver, repair, service and maintain both manual and powered wheelchairs and accessories for our service users across Lincolnshire, whether that be in their own home or other associated location such as care homes and hospital settings. You will complete associated paperwork concerning repairs and servicing, accurately recording on a daily basis using handheld scanners. This role may also require you to assist with warehouse duties including annual and interim stock takes as necessary.

About you

  • A confident user of bench and/or hand tools
  • Warehouse and wheelchair experience highly desirable but not essential as training will be provided
  • Strong customer service skills with an empathetic approach
  • Can do attitude with natural engineering/fault finding abilities
  • You must have held a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years
