Key Responsibilities

• Service, adjust and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools safely.
• Examine machinery and equipment and report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements.
• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance according to agreed schedules.
• Share good ideas to form mini projects to improve plant performance, including machinery modifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical engineering, maintenance, or similar; HND or HNC preferred.

Experience: PLC systems, control panels/cabinets, electric motors (AC/DC), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), sensors and instrumentation, industrial robots and robotic cells, conveyor systems, HMI panels, safety systems, power distribution systems. Preferably with manufacturing background in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food & Drink, Packaging, Manufacturing or chemicals.
