Are you a production / manufacturing manager, looking to join a leading company, where you will oversee the day to day running of the production process and have operational control of the site?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business, where you will manage an established team and have chance to boost your earnings through a profit related bonus. The company is a leading industrial manufacturer with multiple sites in the UK. You’ll be joining them at an excellent time as they look for an experienced production manager to support them for the next few years.
Responsibilities
In this role you will oversee the production of a small manufacturing site, manage a turnaround process of improvements, help to make or buying decisions, and improve quality and H&S systems.
- Oversee running of small manufacturing site
- Make improvements to best process
- Tidy up quality & H&S safety standards
- 12‑to‑24‑month fixed term contract
Contract
12‑month fixed term contract with possibility to extend to 24 months.
Requirements
- Production / plant management experience
- Strong knowledge of QHS systems
- Experienced people manager
- Happy with a fixed term contract
