Salary: £48,000 + excellent benefits!

Location: Wandsworth, London

Trevett Services is working with one of the largest and fastest growing Facilities Management providers in the UK. We are seeking technically sound electrical engineers to potentially join their team.

Role

As an electrical engineer, you will be solely responsible for covering all M&E maintenance, both PPM and reactive across the building. You will be client‑facing and work in a high‑end residential building, providing all landlord services.

Typical duties include:

• Fault‑finding
• Small installations
• Control panels
• Power distribution
• Lamping and ballast changes
• Emergency lighting testing/maintenance
• AHU & FCU maintenance
• Logging all works performed
• Managing Permits to Work (PTWs) and reviewing RAMS from sub‑contractors

Hours: Mon‑Fri 08:00‑17:00. Call‑out rota TBC, likely 1 in 3 or 1 in 4; standby £100 minimum 4 hours.

Remuneration and Benefits

Our client offers a comprehensive package:

• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
• Birthday paid day off (if falls on weekend then the following week)

• Allocated training allowance for qualifications such as HVAP

Qualifications & Experience

Requirements:

• FM background
• Level 3 electrical qualification
• Holding the 18th edition
