Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will maintain HVAC units, fire alarms, smart systems, and standby generators across a 400‑acre site consisting of multiple historical and modern buildings. The role offers on‑site training and the chance to develop a well‑rounded electrical engineering skill set. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime paid at 1.5x.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HVAC units, fire alarms, smart systems, and standby generators.
- Work across a 400‑acre site with multiple historical and modern buildings.
- Follow a working schedule of Monday to Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 3:30 pm.
- Perform overtime work paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.
