Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager – Pre/Post Contract Lead

JAM Recruitment Ltd is offering a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager position in Oxford. This permanent role comes with a salary range of £40,000 to £65,000, pension and bonus, within a small, growing firm of private quantity surveyors.

The successful candidate will take ownership of live projects, prepare cost plans, manage contractor procurement, and administer contracts. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a UK PQS practice and a relevant UK qualification in Quantity Surveying are required.
