About You
- At least two years’ experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with electronic, electrical and mechanical components or assemblies.
- A good understanding of quality tools and methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, CAPA and NCR management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work across multiple departments.
The Role
- Inspecting products and monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Investigating product defects and process issues using Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys and 8D methodologies.
- Supporting product testing, validation and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintaining quality documentation, including SOPs, control plans, work instructions and inspection records.
- Raising and managing NCRs while supporting CAPA activities.
- Working closely with Production, Engineering and Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve quality issues.
- Supporting internal quality initiatives and contributing to a culture of operational excellence.
