Commercial Gas Engineer / HVAC Technician

£47k per annum

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week
• Participation in an on‑call standby rota (1 week in every 4)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems including AHUs, split systems, LPHW boilers, DX coils, inverters, and chillers
• Ensure compliance with PPM schedules and complete all associated documentation
• Respond to callouts and carry out diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding
• Recommend suitable replacement options for non‑repairable faults
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across all sites

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 4 commercial gas qualifications (e.g., COCN1, CIGA1, TPCP1, CENWAT, CPA1)
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079 or equivalent)
• 17th or 18th Edition (preferred)
• Experience in HVAC/Gas across multi‑site contracts
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
