Senior IC: AI Platform Architect & Lead Engineer

Dex is seeking a Senior Individual Contributor for their AI platform, where you will lead technical direction and drive the 12–24 month roadmap. You’ll write complex agent logic and work directly with customers, without a PM layer, making compounding technical decisions.

Ideal candidates are seasoned full-stack engineers with production experience in LLM-based products and a track record in fast-paced startup environments. This role is hands-on, providing a significant opportunity to shape product direction in a growing AI company in Greater London.
