Job Description:

Our client, a well-established accident repair centre in Feltham, Greater London is recruiting a Workshop Manager to lead a high-performing workshop and drive efficient, high-quality repair outcomes for a large team of 30+ staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bodyshop workshop operations to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard
  • Allocate work efficiently to technicians based on skills, current workload and job priorities
  • Monitor progress, quality control and productivity throughout the repair process
  • Ensure stage repairs are completed before vehicles move through each stage of repair
  • Liaise with parts, customer service and VDA teams to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Check repair quality at each stage and resolve issues promptly
  • Promote a safe, compliant and well‑organised workshop environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Workshop Manager (or similar) within an accident repair environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team
  • In-depth knowledge of bodyshop repair processes and workshop operations
  • Excellent organisation, with the ability to work efficiently under pressureCommitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and strong customer service
