Electrician – Multi‑Skilled / Fabric Engineer – Temporary

RG Setsquare is supporting a national maintenance contractor with a local contract in Tiverton.

We are looking for a temporary multi‑skilled trade person to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PPM) and fault‑finding work on building fabric.
• Carry out repairs and routine maintenance of fabric and building systems.
• Conduct small amounts of electrical work in compliance with Level 3 qualification and either the 17th or 18th edition wiring regulations.
• Provide general maintenance support, including basic plumbing duties.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; no weekends, evenings, or call‑outs.

Qualifications

• Level 3 electrical qualification.
• Knowledge of the 17th or 18th edition wiring regulations.
• Experience in multi‑skilled fabric technology and general maintenance.

Hours & Conditions

• Temporary role, approximately 5–6 weeks.
• Immediate start available.
• Static working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
