Electrical Engineer (Contract) – Matlock

£35.00 per hour | 12-Hour Shifts | Immediate Start Available

Our client, a well-established industrial manufacturing business based in Matlock, is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their maintenance team on a contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment, supporting plant reliability, fault finding, and preventative maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding and repair on manufacturing equipment
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Supporting production uptime and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working safely in line with site procedures and regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
• Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC or equivalent)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
