Repairs Supervisor

Fortus Recruitment is representing a maintenance contractor looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join their property services division. This role involves managing repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties in the Surrey area.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day supervision of operatives
• Pre‑ and post‑inspections of works
• Overseeing management of subcontractors
• Organising and allocating operative workload in association with the programme
• Toolbox talks and health & safety monitoring
• Using NHF SOR to price works
• Travelling between properties
• Liaising with the client and tenants over works
