Quality Engineer

We are working with a specialist medical manufacturer looking to hire a Quality Engineer to oversee their Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of quality systems, process improvement, and hands‑on problem‑solving in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and improving the QMS (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485)
• Leading root cause investigations and CAPA activities
• Working with operations to reduce defects and improve processes
• Carrying out validations, audits, and quality data analysis

Qualifications

• Experience in a quality engineering role within manufacturing
• Strong understanding of QMS and regulated environments
• Analytical, detail‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
• Confident communicator who can work across teams
