Are you from a Mechanical Design Engineering background with any leadership experience looking to further your career and step into Design Management? You will work closely with the Technical Director, taking charge of a small specialist team and directly impacting the team within a highly regarded British family‑run manufacturer.

Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept to completion as a task expert.
- Oversee Design Team projects to ensure a high standard of work is completed.
- Work Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 4 pm with flexible hours.
Qualifications
- Previous Mechanical Design experience.
