What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll start in a 180 Recruitment Consultant role, focusing on sourcing candidates, building relationships, and creating a strong network of education professionals.
As you develop, you will progress into a 360 Recruitment Consultant, managing your own client base, winning new business, and growing your own desk.
Recruitment is sales. You’ll need confidence, resilience, and the ability to pick up the phone and make proactive calls. If you’re comfortable starting conversations, building relationships from scratch, and working towards targets, you’ll fit right in.
We’ll give you all the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.
Your Day-to-Day
- Sourcing candidates for Primary, Secondary, and SEN roles
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Building relationships with education professionals
- Responding to enquiries via phone and email
- Making introductory calls to schools
- Working towards KPIs and personal targets
- Keeping our CRM up to date
- Contributing ideas and supporting team success
