The Role

As a legal recruiter at MAM Gruppe, you will take ownership of a 360-desk focused on legal placements across the DACH market. You will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, sourcing and engaging top legal talent, and driving revenue growth through a combination of business development and delivery excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Run a full 360 desk from business development through to placement.
  • Headhunt and engage passive legal candidates across the German market.
  • Build and develop long‑term client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end candidate journey, including screening, briefing, and offer management.
  • Consistently hit and exceed activity and revenue targets.
  • Contribute to MAM’s growth strategy and play an active role in team culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, with a track record of results.
  • Experience in legal recruitment preferred, though strong 360 recruiters from adjacent sectors will be considered.
  • Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships from scratch.
  • Comfortable with headhunting and cold outreach.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and genuinely ambitious.
