The Role
As a legal recruiter at MAM Gruppe, you will take ownership of a 360-desk focused on legal placements across the DACH market. You will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, sourcing and engaging top legal talent, and driving revenue growth through a combination of business development and delivery excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Run a full 360 desk from business development through to placement.
- Headhunt and engage passive legal candidates across the German market.
- Build and develop long‑term client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
- Manage the end‑to‑end candidate journey, including screening, briefing, and offer management.
- Consistently hit and exceed activity and revenue targets.
- Contribute to MAM’s growth strategy and play an active role in team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, with a track record of results.
- Experience in legal recruitment preferred, though strong 360 recruiters from adjacent sectors will be considered.
- Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships from scratch.
- Comfortable with headhunting and cold outreach.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and genuinely ambitious.
