Your Role
As a Power Platform Architect, you will lead enterprise‑scale low‑code transformation enabling organisations to rapidly deliver applications, automate processes and unlock data‑driven insight through the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise‑scale AI Business Solutions comprising Microsoft Power Platform target architectures and roadmaps, using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Copilot‑enabled capabilities.
- Define solution, integration and governance architectures that enable secure, scalable low‑code transformation as part of wider enterprise change programmes.
- Provide technical leadership to the Power Platform community, guiding and advising on day‑to‑day duties and creating roadmaps for expanding Capgemini Invent’s Power Platform development capability.
- Lead or contribute to proposals and pre‑sales activity, including RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, event hosting, proof‑of‑concept and demonstrator solutions.
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development and offering development.
- Support learning and development through training, certifications and career development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience defining the architecture, design and implementation of AI Business Solutions comprising Microsoft Power Platform solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to explain Power Platform capabilities and how they support business transformation, workflow automation, data insight and low‑code application delivery, aligning solution portfolios to business strategy.
- Experience demonstrating and implementing AI capabilities relevant to Power Platform, including AI Builder, Copilot Studio and generative AI experiences embedded in business applications and automations.
- Proficiency integrating Power Platform with external systems and cloud services, including Azure services, APIs, event‑driven architectures, identity platforms and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience defining and adopting governance, security and lifecycle management across environments, including DLP policies, environment strategy, solution packaging, ALM and platform administration.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks for system design, integration patterns, security, data modelling and information management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business relevance, contributing to customers’ business strategies and identifying optimal combinations of business and technology solutions.
- Strong communication skills to articulate AI value, risks, trade‑offs and organisational impacts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven relationship‑building skills with working teams, senior leadership, Microsoft‑aligned partners and alliance stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior digital architects through formal line management and informal coaching.
- UK Security Clearance eligibility or clearance.
- Certifications as desirable: Microsoft Power Platform (PL‑900, PL‑200, PL‑400, PL‑600), Power BI, data analytics or automation, architecture (e.g., TOGAF), agile delivery methods, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, integration platform certifications.
