Job Summary

Toomey Motor Group is looking for a new member of our sales team, required for our Basildon and Southend sites. The position covers a range of brands including Vauxhall, Renault & Dacia, Nissan, Citroen, Peugeot, MG, Hyundai, Omoda & Jaecoo Chery.

Salary & Compensation

Salary £30,000.00 – £60,000.00 OTE uncapped. The financial package comprises employee benefits and discount scheme, 23 days holiday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets within the automotive sales team.
• Participate in comprehensive training programme.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience required.
• Confident, excellent communicator, ambitious, well-presented.
• Strong “can do” and flexible attitude.
• Strong customer-focused background.
• Full clean manual UK driving licence.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to advance career within the motor trade.

Hours & Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
• Saturday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
• Alternate Sundays 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
• One weekday off per week agreed with line manager.
