Payroll Manager

Payroll Manager| Restaurants| London| Hybrid| Competitive salary plus bonus

A leading restaurant business is looking to recruit a Payroll manager.

Leading a team of 4 and reporting into the head of commercial finance you will look after the payroll function for the Group.

• Overseeing the processing of 5 monthly payrolls to include pay, deductions, statutory payments, tax & NI coding, student loans, pensions, salary sacrifice, attachment of earnings orders.
• Overseeing the processing of 4 fortnightly payrolls for UK hourly paid employees to include pay, deductions, statutory payments, tax & NI coding, student loans, pensions, salary sacrifice, attachment of earnings orders
• Overseeing the preparation and control of Irish payroll for submission via the outsourced payroll company
• The use of in-house systems for employee data and employee hours
• Overview of global process of auto enrolment and postponement not currently automated through the payroll
• Preparation and posting of payroll journals for the company P&L
• Reconciliation of payroll accounts to company balance sheet

You will be a payroll manager, having managed a team and have multi-site experience.
