Salary: £67,978.44 per annum

We are looking for a dedicated Home Manager to lead our team in providing high‑quality care to residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to enrich residents’ lives every day
• Deliver personalised, high‑quality care aligned to individual plans
• Champion meaningful leisure and social activities every day
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues
• Model a positive, kind and supportive culture across the home

Qualifications

• Experience in a residential or nursing care setting
• Strong operational management and leadership skills
• People‑focused communicator who collaborates well
• Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
• Valid NMC PIN preferred
• Current driving licence and access to a vehicle
