Job Overview

We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Compensation & Hours

  • Base salary up to £37k
  • Uncapped commission with no ceiling
  • 08:30-17:30, Monday to Thursday (usually out early on Friday)

Work Location & Requirements

  • Full‑time office based in NN1 Northampton
  • You must be able to drive.
  • This is a phone‑based role; you should enjoy speaking to people.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude are essential.

The role

  • Manage your own desk within industrial or commercial recruitment.
  • Business development on the phone and face‑to‑face.
  • Sourcing candidates thoroughly, not just job board farming.
  • Screening, interviewing and referencing before submission.
  • Keeping control of the whole process through to offer.

Salary Expectations

Year 1 around £45k, Year 2 around £55k, Year 3 £65k+.
