Anti-Social Behaviour & Enforcement Officer

This role as an Anti‑Social Behaviour & Enforcement Officer in Exeter involves managing a caseload of complex cases to foster safer communities. You will investigate complaints, identify practical solutions, and collaborate closely with the police, local authorities and partner agencies. The position requires preparing legal documents and attending court proceedings as needed. It is a temporary contract, offering hybrid working, that runs until September 2026 at a rate of £20.75 per hour for 37 hours weekly.

Location: Exeter or Weston (Hybrid working available)

Contract: 37 hours per week, temporary until September 2026

Pay Rate: £20.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of anti‑social behaviour and hate crime cases
• Investigate complaints and identify practical, customer‑focused solutions
• Work closely with police, local authorities and partner agencies
• Prepare legal documentation and attend court proceedings when required
• Build positive relationships with customers while resolving complex situations
• Provide advice and support to colleagues on enforcement matters

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing anti‑social behaviour or enforcement cases
• Knowledge of court procedures and legal casework
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
