Orchid Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Manager for their nursing home in Wroxham. The ideal candidate will assist in providing top-quality care and managing the nursing team. This role requires NMC registration as either RGN or RMN and a strong passion for elderly care, especially dementia.
The salary is up to £50,000 per annum for 40 hours a week. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and previous experience as a Senior Nurse or Deputy Manager.
