Compliance Officer

We’re partnering with a leading European private real estate debt investment manager to appoint a Compliance Associate.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing investment firm where you’ll play a key role in shaping and enhancing the compliance function. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll gain broad exposure across regulatory compliance while also helping to drive innovation through the use of AI and technology to improve compliance processes, reporting and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the firm’s compliance monitoring programme
• Advising on FCA regulatory requirements, including MiFID II and AIFMD
• Regulatory reporting and FCA filings
• Reviewing policies, procedures and financial promotions
• Monitoring regulatory developments and implementing change
• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline compliance workflows and improve efficiency

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ compliance experience within a UK regulated investment manager
• Strong knowledge of MiFID II, AIFMD and the FCA regulatory framework
• A forward-thinking mindset with an interest in using AI and technology to enhance compliance processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
