Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving territory.
  • Grow business: Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and acquisition.
  • Hit targets: Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and KPI goals.
  • Develop talent: Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working from home.
  • Strategise and execute: Create and deliver a clear business plan with SMART goals.
  • Build relationships: Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques.
  • Analyse and improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating sales teams to drive success.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and a track record of achieving results.
  • A flexible, results‑driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential) and willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
