We are seeking an organised, proactive, and professional Attendance Officer to support and promote excellent attendance across The Rual Enterprise Academy. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils, families, pastoral staff, and external agencies, playing a key role in monitoring attendance, identifying concerns, and implementing strategies to improve pupil engagement and achievement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records, analysing attendance data, following up on absences, conducting attendance‑related interventions, and supporting safeguarding procedures. Strong communication, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to build positive relationships while maintaining high expectations.
