We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join a prestigious luxury boutique in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven professional with a passion for luxury retail, exceptional customer service, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised and memorable client experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Provide expert product knowledge and tailored recommendation
• Support clienteling activities and maintain accurate CRM record
• Ensure the boutique is presented to the highest standard
• Assist with stock management, inventory control, and online order processing
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive the overall success of the boutique

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in luxury or premium retail
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passionate about luxury retail and delivering exceptional client experience
• Organised, proactive, and a strong team player
