Contract: Fixed Term – 6 months

Help People Sustain Their Tenancies and Thrive

At Progress Housing Group, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Tenancy Sustainability Officer to support customers during a period of growth and help them maintain successful, sustainable tenancies.

This role will focus on supporting tenants moving into new‑build homes, helping them access the right support, maximise their income and overcome challenges that may put their tenancy at risk.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a caseload of new and existing customers
  • Completing tenancy affordability and sustainability assessments
  • Supporting customers with welfare benefits and income maximisation
  • Developing and delivering tailored support plans
  • Identifying safeguarding concerns and emerging risks
  • Working alongside internal teams and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes
  • Helping prevent tenancy failure, abandonment and rent arrears
