Manchester-Based Senior HR Leader — ER & People Ops

Cloud Imperium Games, based in Manchester, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to oversee all HR matters across our UK studio, which consists of around 600 employees. This role involves partnering with senior leadership on Employee Relations, compliance, and policy while managing our People Coordinator.

The ideal candidate should have significant senior HR experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment, along with a strong understanding of UK employment law. You will lead various HR projects, ensuring quality and compliance across employee lifecycle processes.
