Community Care Live is looking for a principal social worker for their fostering service covering the Midlands. This permanent, full-time position offers hybrid working with a salary ranging from £46,000 to £49,000 depending on experience.
The successful candidate will need a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and relevant post-qualification experience in fostering. The role includes managing a small caseload, supervising social workers, and contributing to foster carer retention strategies among other responsibilities.
