A fast-growing subscription business is hiring a Head of Marketing to own the full customer growth agenda; acquisition, retention and revenue. This is a commercial role, leading a sizeable team, with regular C-Level interaction.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for:
- Defining and managing the marketing funnel end-to-end
- Full accountability for subscriber growth, churn, retention and revenue targets
- Setting and executing growth and proposition strategy
- Working cross-functionally with other teams e.g. product, commercial, ops, etc.
- Leading a high performing team
- Regular reporting to C-Level execs
The Head of Marketing will have:
- A strong track record in B2C marketing at subscription businesses
- Excellent commercial experience – owned revenue numbers before
- Ideally worked in high-growth businesses (startup, scale-up, etc.)
- Experience leading and inspiring high-performing teams
- Candidates could come from subscription businesses e.g. streaming, media, telco, utilities, insurance, broadband, TV, apps, etc.
