Evans Jones Associates is working with a reputable client based in Ammanford, recruiting support workers for their residential services in Ammanford and Llanelli area. This 11‑bedroom detached property specialises in providing residential support to clients with mental health issues.

Responsibilities

• Care and support of residents, including personal care, observations and prioritising health and wellbeing.
• Support challenging behaviours safely and positively, using approved approaches learned through training to promote positive behaviour management.
• Contribute to reviews, support plans and risk assessments.
• Encourage residents to engage in everyday home, social and work activities in accordance with their choices.
• Assist residents with health needs, which may include administering medication and attending medical appointments.
• Keep accurate and up‑to‑date records at all times.
• Work positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to support residents.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in mental health.

Shifts are available across days and nights, both full‑time and part‑time.
